武汉碳汇林项目造林技术浅谈
Afforestation Techniques of Carbon Sink Forest Project in Wuhan

【摘要】 森林具有碳汇和碳源的双重作用,清洁发展机制(CDM)下的造林再造林碳汇项目,旨在发挥森林的碳汇功能与效益,增加森林碳储量,但是,该造林项目对碳汇造林地的要求非常苛刻,基本上是在困难立地条件下造林,怎样保证造林成活率是非常关键的一环,武汉江夏区林业局于2008年2月利用中国绿色碳基金中国石油碳汇项目建立碳汇林400hm~2,造林成活率达95%。本文介绍了武汉江夏区林业局利用中国绿色碳基金中国石油碳汇项目建立碳汇林经验,指出,对造林质量实行全过程质量管理制度,严格进行立地条件划分,精选树种,采取混交的造林方式,做到适地适树,细致整地,采用优质种苗是提高造林质量的关键。
【Abstract】 Forest has dual roles of carbon sinks and carbon sources,and afforestation and reforestation projects for carbon sequestration under the clean development mechanism(CDM) are so designed to exert the forest carbon sink function and efficiency,and increase forest carbon storage.However,an afforestation project on the requirements of carbon plantations,basically planting in difficult site conditions to ensure survival rate of afforestation,is under harsh terms.In February,2008,Jiangxia District Forestry Bureau of Wuhan City established a 400hm~2 forest of carbon sinks,by using China Petroleum carbon sequestration projects supported by the China Green Carbon Fund,survival rate reaching 2.95%.Their basic experience was based on the whole process of afforestation quality management system,strictness in dividing site conditions and selection of tree species,mixed afforestation mode,matching site with trees and meticulous site preparation,and planting high quality seedlings.
