含有0.5%LaB6的原位合成(TiB+La2O3)/Ti的透射电镜原位拉伸观察

【摘要】 含有0.5%LaB6的原位合成(TiB+La2O3)/Ti在拉伸过程中观察了变形亚结构特点。在原位拉伸过程中,不断增加拉伸应变,观察到了位错的动态变化,滑移特征以及应力诱发马氏体的转变。分析了螺旋状位错的开动和滑移。在应变控制的拉伸过程中观察到了(111)孪晶型马氏体和{111}型变形孪晶。
【Abstract】 In situ TEM investigations were performed to characterize the deformation evolution of in situ synthesized(TiB+La2O3)/Ti-alloy composites with 0.5%(mass%) LaB6 addition. The dynamical change of dislocations slipping and stress-induced martensite transformation were observed during tensile tests.The activation and slipping of screw dislocations were studied. Plate-like stress-induced martensite with a(111) twin structure and {111} deformation twins appeared in the strain-controlled tensile experiment.
