焦炉集气管压力智能协调控制管理系统的应用实践

【摘要】 多座焦炉集气管压力的控制是焦化企业的控制难题,长期困扰着焦化企业。特别是在目前大力推行清洁生产、控制污染源头的强势下,集气管压力的稳定问题越来越显得重要。南昌长力钢铁股份有限公司焦化厂于2007年10月投入焦炉集气管压力智能协调控制管理系统至今,系统稳定安全,运行良好。根据投运前后历史趋势曲线的对比以及化产车间、炼焦车间现场实地观察,该系统有效稳定了焦炉集气管压力,消除了焦炉冒烟源头,而且减轻了鼓风操作人员的劳动强度,提高了鼓风机运行的平稳性,降低风机能耗。同时,消除人工调节的滞后性和不确定性。结合国家当前的"节能减排"政策,在国内焦化企业推广集气管压力智能协调控制具有广阔的前景和显著的经济效益与社会效益。

【Abstract】 Gas collector pressure control of several coke ovens is a difficult control problem,which has puzzled the coke plant for a long time.The stability of gas collector pressure is more and more important,especially in the trend of promoting clean production and pollution source controlling.The intelligent coordinating control management system for gas collector pressure of coke ovens works well in stability and safety in Coke Plant of Nanchang Steel Co.,Ltd.,since it was put into operation.Basing on the comparison of before and after history curves and on-the-spot observations in chemicals workshop and coking workshop,this system stabilizes the gas collector pressure effectively,eliminating the coke oven smoke source, relieving the work hardness of blower operator,and reducing the blower energy consumption.In the same time,this system avoids time-delaying and uncertainty caused by human tuning.Under the national policy of"Energy Saving and Pollution Reducing",it has bright future and significant economic profit and social benefit to popularize intelligent coordinating control management system for gas collector pressure in domestic coke plants.
