面向在线的连铸结晶器传热与铸坯凝固可视化系统

【摘要】 结晶器与铸坯传热及凝固状态的在线检测和调控,对于促进高效连铸技术的发展具有重要意义。本文基于板坯连铸结晶器实测的瞬态温度数据,在对结晶器与铸坯传热行为进行反问题计算的基础上,采用并行计算方法,构造出兼顾模拟准确性与实时性的传热反问题并行计算模型,有效解决了模拟计算准确性与实时性间的矛盾,同时借助Visual C++和OpenGL技术,开发出二维、三维的结晶器传热可视化方法,建立了面向在线的结晶器传热与铸坯凝固实时计算及可视化系统。为实时提供结晶器传热与铸坯凝固状态的瞬态信息,精确把握和控制结晶器传热和连铸坯的凝固过程提供了有利支持。
【Abstract】 Online measurement and control for heat transfer and solidification of continuous casting mould is of important significance for accelerating the high efficiency casting technology.Based on the measured transient data of mould temperatures, the heat transfer and solidification of mould process were calculated through the inverse heat transfer model.The parallel computation was used to build the parallel model for inverse heat transfer computation,which effectively solved the conflict between accuracy and real-time during simulation.In addition,the 2-D and 3-D visualization were implemented by using Visual C++ and OpenGL.Finally,the real-time computation and visualization system for heat transfer and solidification of continuous casting mould were developed.With the realization of this online computation and visualization system, the real-time transient information of heat transfer and solidification will be obtained,and can provide the important support for accurate holding and controlling the mould process of heat transfer and solidification.
