大型转炉高效吹炼技术的开发及应用

【摘要】 为了提高宝钢300 t转炉供氧强度,对转炉供氧系统管道进行了压力损失测定,研制了六孔大流量氧枪喷头,测定了氧枪喷头的射流流场,比较了氧枪喷头射流与熔池的作用,检测了高效吹氧条件下的终点炉渣成分、熔点和岩相,计算了渣钢平衡状况,分析表明高效吹氧与常规吹氧的冶金效果没有明显差别。转炉应用高效吹炼技术后,转炉吹氧流量最高达到69000 m~3/h,供氧强度3.83 m~3/(t·min),平均吹氧时间达到14.3 min,显著提高了转炉的生产效率。

【Abstract】 In order to increase the intensity of oxygen blowing for 300 t converter at Baosteel,many studies have been done,such as measuring the pressure loss of oxygen supply pipeline,designing the lance tip with six holes,measuring the jet flow field,comparing the effect of jet flow and bath,measuring the melting point and mineralogical composition of slag and calculating the equilibrium status between steel and slag.Results shows that metallurgical effects between high efficient blowing oxygen and conventional blowing oxygen are almost the same.After the high efficient blowing technology is applied in converter,the maximum of oxygen flow rate reaches 69000 m~3/h,the intensity of oxygen blowing reaches 3.83 m~3/(t·min),the average blowing time is 14.3 minutes and the production efficiency at converter is improved greatly.
