涟钢RH钢水合金化及铝含量控制技术研究

【摘要】 针对涟钢现阶段生产工艺,采集并分析现场数据,对涟钢RH钢水合金化及铝含量控制技术进行了研究。研究结果表明,涟钢RH和合金化过程中Mn收得率波动较大,通过及时清理料仓口、调整锰铁合金的加入时机,即在加铝脱氧后2~3 min内加入等,可进一步提高锰铁合金的收得率;加完合金料后的循环时间应在5~6min以上,以保证成分均匀;遇钢液循环不良时,应采取增大氩气流量、延长精炼时间等措施进行补救。此外,还研究了铝含量的控制技术,得出了RH钢水加铝量与温度、钢中[AL]_s、加热用氧量的关系。

【Abstract】 According to production technology of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Corporation at the present stage,study the steel Alloying and Aluminum control technique of RH in Liansteel.The fact that the volatility of Mn recycling rate is rather big during the converter and alloying process.The recycling rate of ferromanganese can be raised by adjusting the time of adding ferromanganese and cleaning the storage bin in time;The circulation time after adding alloy materials shoud be longer than 5~6 minutes to keep obtain uniformity;Remedial action such as increasing the flow quantity of argon,prolonging the refining time and so on shoud be taken when the circulation condition of steel is not good.The relationship between aluminum addition and temperature,acid soluble in steel,oxygen consumption for heating was figured out by analyzing the data collected from the working scene.
