烟气循环烧结新技术的研究

【摘要】 根据烧结烟气排放主要特点,以及目前烧结烟气脱硫过程中存在的实际问题,提出了铁矿石烟气循环烧结技术思路。在实验室条件下,通过模拟烟气研究了烟气循环烧结对烧结产质指标及烟气中SO2排放规律的影响。结果表明,与常规烧结工艺相比,烟气循环烧结技术可有效实现烧结烟气中SO2富集,减少烧结过程废气排放总量;但循环烟气中氧气含量的降低对烧结产质量指标有不利的影响,需采取适当措施予以强化。

【Abstract】 Aim at the features of sintering flue gases and practical problems during the sintering flue gas desulphurization,a novel technological route of flue gas circulation for iron ore sintering has been put forward.Under the experimental conditions,effects of flue gas circulating sintering on the main output and quality indexes and SO2 emission rule in the waste gas are researched using simulating flue gas.Compared with the conventional sintering process,the experimental findings show that the flue gas circulating sintering process achieves the goals of concentrating the SO2 gas in the final sintering flue gases and reducing the total sintering flue gas emission.The decreasing of oxygen content in circulating gas has bad effect on the sintering results,therefore, proper measures should be taken.
