掺Fe(Ⅲ)A-TiO2晶体的制备及其光催化活性的研究

【摘要】 在三种晶型的TiO2纳米材料中锐钛矿型的TiO2拥有最好的光催化活性。在一定条件下用水热法制备了的掺Fe(Ⅲ)TiO2晶体,XRD分析结果表明它是锐钛矿型TiO2(A-TiO2)。研究了以自制的掺Fe(Ⅲ)A-TiO2为光催化剂对罗丹明B溶液的降解,结果表明,在5mg/L的罗丹明B溶液中,加入0.1650 g自制的掺Fe(Ⅲ)5%的A-TiO2,用硝酸调节溶液PH=5后,经可见光照射下,43℃恒温磁力快速搅拌反应6 h,降解率达到97%;同样条件下在254nm紫外光下照射4h,降解率达到94.4%。

【Abstract】 The anatase TiO2(A-TiO2) has the best catalytic activity in their three crystallographic forms. The Fe(Ⅲ)-doped TiO2 cystalrs prepared via hydrothermal method is the anatase type by XRD characterizing,and the degeneration of Rhoda mine B photocatalyzed by as-prepared Fe(Ⅲ)-doped A-TiO2 was studied.The results of photocatalysis show that the best degeneration rate of Rhoda mine B is 97%under follow conditions:adding as-prepared 0.1650g 5%(mole ratio) as Fe(Ⅲ)-doped A-TiO2 into the 5mg/L Rhoda mine B solution which adjusted by nitric acid until its PH get to 5,then illuminated by VIS(λ=254nm),stirring quickly at 43℃for 6h.and the best degeneration rate of Rhoda mine B is 94.4% at the same condition but illuminated by UV(λ=254 nm),at the same condition。.
