复方纳米粒中庆大霉素与水杨酸含量测定

【摘要】 为了得到精确测定庆大霉素与水杨酸含量的方法,分别使用紫外差示分光光度法和比色法测定上清液中庆大霉素和水杨酸的含量。使用差示分光光度法水杨酸和庆大霉素的标准曲线的拟合系数分别为R=0.99975和R=0.99914,精密度实验的RSD分别为1.34%和1.04%,平均回收率为103%(RSD=1.01%,n=5)和98.9%(RSD=0.72%,n=5);比色法中的庆大霉素的标准曲线的拟合系数R=0.98725(n=16),误差较大,因此紫外差示分光光度法更适合庆大霉素/水杨酸/壳聚糖复方纳米粒包封率的测定。
【Abstract】 To study the rapid method for determining the content of gemtamicin and salicylic acid accurately,the differential spectrophotometry and rapid colorimetry assay were used to detect them in the supernatant.The RSD of gentamycin and salicylic acid was 1.04%and 1.34%in the precision experiments by the differential spectrophotometry, and the average recovery rates were 103.18%(RSD=1.01%,n=5) and 98.93%(RSD=0.72%,n=5) respectively. The fitting coefficient(R) of standard curve in the differential spectrophotometry was R=0.99975 and R =0.99914 for gemtamicin and salicylic acid while the rapid colorimetric assay was 0.98725(n=16).Thus the differential spectrophotometry is more suitable for the encapsulation efficiency detectation of gentamicin/salicylic acid/chitosan compound nanoparticles.
