羧基化碳纳米管/Nafion修饰玻碳电极测定药物中微量咖啡因

【摘要】 实验发现以Nafion分散羧基化多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(Nafion-MWCNTs/NTs/GC)对咖啡因的电化学行为有明显的催化和增敏作用,基于此建立了一种高灵敏的电化学测定咖啡因的新方法。优化实验条件,本方法测定咖啡因的线性范围为4.7×10-6~2.4×10-4mol/L;检出限为5.0×10-7 mol/L;相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.8%(n=5,c=5×10-5-mol/L)。并对含咖啡因药片进行了测定,回收率为96.4%~103.3%。
【Abstract】 In the experiment we found that there was a very good catalytic and sensitizing effect of caffeine on Nafion-MWCNTs /GC electrode,based on it we established a new and high sensitivity method for detecting of caffeine.In the best experimental condition,the linear range of this method was from 4.7×10-6~2.4×10-4 mol/L,the detection limit was 5.0×10-7 mol/L and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 3.8%(n=5,c=5×10-5 mol/L).The caffeine-containing tablets were determined and the recovery was 96.4%~103.3%.
