镁合金航空机匣组合悬挂加工技术研究

【摘要】 为解决镁合金飞机附件机匣和发动机附件机匣加工制造依赖国外进口高精密机床的问题,在分析机匣结构特点和我国目前机匣加工的主要加工方式和现状的基础上,提出了一种组合悬挂加工新技术,模拟机匣零件安装工作状态,将机匣各结构部件和传动结合部件组合起来加工,克服了分体加工带来的形位误差,实现了在普通国产机床进行机匣的加工,对开发具有我国自主知识产权的机匣加工技术具有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem on the manufacturing of magnesium alloy case relying on import high-precision machines from abroad in aeroengine,a new assembly suspension machining technology is presented based on the analysis of the characteristics and processing method in our country.The suspension working condition of parts in the case is imitated.The structure part and drive section are assembled. This method overcomes the form and position error brought by machining dividually and makes it possible to process case in common domestic machine.It is significant for the development of independent intellectual property of case machining technology.
