【摘要】 根据新能源汽车发展现状,分析了实施新能源汽车项目的风险,并建立了风险评价指标体系,运用粗糙集理论对指标体系进行约简;根据评价信息的灰色不确定性,构建了指数型灰色白化权函数,然后运用改进的灰色多层次评价方法对河南实施新能源汽车项目的风险进行了评价,依据评价结果,指出了河南省目前实施新能源汽车项目的风险比较大;并对进一步的发展给出了自己的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the present development of alternative fuel vehicles, this paper analyzes the risk of the alternative fuel vehicles project, establishes the risk evaluation index system and uses the rough sets theory to reduce the index system; and constructs exponential whitenization weight function under grey uncertain character of the assessment information; then uses the improved grey hierarchy evaluation method to appraise the implementation risk of the alternative fuel vehicles project in Henan Province; finally, points out the risk of implementing alternative fuel vehicles project based on the comprehensive value .The risk is relatively large at present. And there are some proposals for further development.更多还原
