钻井液用复合润滑剂的研究和制备
Research and preparation of the compound lubricant for the drilling fluid

【摘要】 本文以植物油和石墨为原料研制了复合型植物油基钻井液用液体润滑剂,以悬浮聚合法制备了苯乙烯共聚二乙烯苯复合微球作为钻井液用固体润滑剂。本文研究了在液体、固体复合润滑剂作用下,钻井液的润滑性能明显提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,compound vegetable oil lubricant for the use of drilling fluid is composed of vegetable oil tailings and sheet graphite. The styrene co-polymerization divinylbenzene composites were prepared by suspension polymerization as solid lubricant. The compound of liquid and solid lubricants exhibit drastic improvement in lubricity.
