【摘要】 本文通过热力学计算,分析了Zr、Hf、Ta等难熔金属化合物在高温下与C、O的化学反应以及可能的产物组成,以反应自由能为判据分析了反应活性及反应趋势,这对确定多元材料体系的制备条件以及材料在高温氧化条件下的成分变化具有重要指导意义。
【Abstract】 With thermodynamic calculation,chemistry reactions of refractory metal compounds with carbon and oxygen under high temperature were studied. According to the criterion based on free energy,the activity and trend of high temperature chemistry reactions were analyzed,which was important and significant for estimating the process condition and composition change of multi-element system under oxidation environment.
