茶树良种扦插繁育新技术研究
Study of a new cutting method in tea-tree improved variety breeding

【摘要】 本试验插穗采用半木质化插条上的一个节穗,一片成熟叶及一个嫩梢,配合GGR绿色生长调节剂处理。采用"龟背形"苗床造型,单人滚压筒压实,使用快速剪穗法。以国内现通用短穗扦插技术(一个节穗,一个腋芽,一片成熟叶),水平式苗床,用木板拍压及传统剪穗方法作对照进行扦插试验。结果表明:与对照相比,苗床压实提高10倍功效,剪穗提高一倍功效,出圃时间缩短6个月以上,出圃率提高47.4%,平均出圃合格苗木达34.4万株/亩,苗圃增收达3.6万元/亩,节支0.34万元。
【Abstract】 In this study, we used semi-lignified branch with a node of spike, a mature leaf and a young shoot as Cuttings ,and deal with the GGR green growth regulators, adopt a "Turtle-shaped" seedbed modeling, single-cylinder rolling compaction, used the quick cut spike method. Campared with the domestic short-ear cutting technology (a node of spike, an axillary bud, a mature leaf), horizontal beds, bet with wooden ear pressure and the traditional method,we carried out cutting tests. The results showed that: compared with the control, seedbed compaction effective is increased by 10 times, cutting spike effect was doubled, removing time from seedbed shortened more than 6 months, seeding rate of removing from seedbed increased 47.4 percernt, with qualified seedings reached to 344,000 per MU, seedbed income reached 36 thousand yuan per MU, saving 3.4 thousand yuan.
