燃气轮机拉杆式转子接触段扭转刚度研究

【摘要】 燃气轮机拉杆式转子接触段的扭转刚度由于轮盘间接触效应而较整体转子小。忽略接触效应的影响会给转子的动力特性计算带来误差。本文利用弹性接触和变形能理论,研究了接触段的粗糙度、拉杆预紧力、扭矩矩与其扭转刚度的关系。通过模型转子的三维有限元计算验证了外载荷对接触段刚度的影响。
【Abstract】 The torsional stiffness of the contact sections of rod fastening gas turbine rotors are little than the stiffness of solid rotors of similar dimensions due to the contact effects of the discs.If the effects are neglected,it will bring about inaccurate results of the rotor dynamic characteristics.The relationships between roughness parameters, pretightening force,moment of torque of the contact sections and torsional rigidity were studied in the perspective of elastic deformation energy.The torsional stiffness of the modal rotors under different preload were calculated by 3-D FEM and effect of the external applied loads of contact sections on the stiffness was validated.
