两种方法鉴定甜瓜白粉病抗性的比较

【摘要】 本研究采用幼苗植株和离体叶片两种对10个甜瓜品进行抗白粉病鉴定,离体叶片接种鉴定结果与幼苗植株接种法鉴定结果相一致,均把10个甜瓜品种划分为3个类型:感病品种、中抗品种,高抗品种。病情指数结果显示,齐甜一号、龙信5号、银蜜、玉脆被划为感病品种;3-2-2、Esteen、Topmark、甜帅为中抗品种;16H、N53为高抗品种。两种鉴定方法是在病情指数上有些波动。但不影响划分类型。两种方法的方差分析的结果与抗感反应的结果一致,相同类型品种之间抗病性差异不显著。但是不同类型品种之间存在着显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 the seedling plant inoculation and detached leaves inoculation methods was used to identify disease resistance of melon powdery mildew in 10 melon cultivars which were grouped into three resistant levels such as susceptible variety, middle resistant variety and high resistant variety.The detached leaves inoculation methods had the same result with seedling plant. The disease index indicated that Qitianyihao, Longxinwuhao and Yinmi belonged to susceptible varieties, The disease index indicated that 3-2-2, Esteen, Topmark and Tianshuai belonged to middle resistant varieties, The disease index indicated that 16H and N53 belonged to resistant varieties. The result of variance analysis was identical with the result of disease index. The same kind varieties’ variance analysis was not significant and the different kind varieties’ variance was significant. The detached leaves inoculation methods had the same result with seedling plant inoculation.just difference was the fluctuation of disease index level.更多还原
