【摘要】 目的研究黄芩苷透皮给药系统的体内药代动力学。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定家兔血清中的黄芩苷透皮给药系统中黄芩苷及在兔体内的药代动力学参数。结果血清药物浓度在1.5-50μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,体内药代动力学呈一级吸收的二室模型。结论该方法操作简便、准确灵敏、重现性好,可用于黄芩苷透皮给药系统在家兔体内的药代动力学研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the variation of pharmacokinetics parameters of Baicalin Transdermal Therapeutic System in rabbits plasma and its pharmacokinetics parameters in rabbits.METHODS: To establish a HPLC method for the detemination of Baicalin Transdermal Therapeutic System in rabbits plasma and its pharmacokinetics parameters in rabbits.RESULTS:The results reflect that the linear range of calibration curve was within drug plasma concentrations of 1.5-50μg/ml,and pharmacokinetics of Baicalin Dripping Pills in rabbits was fitted to two-compartment model.CONCLUSION:The recovery of the method showed that the method had a good selectivity,sensitivity and reproducibility and can be used for pharmaeokinetie studies of Baicalin Transdermal Therapeutic System in rabbit plasma.更多还原
