新结构的生物碱类化合物产生菌NCC2350的鉴定

【摘要】 从厦门武夷山自然保护区土壤样品中分离得到一株真菌,编号NCC2350,经发酵培养后分离纯化得到两个新结构生物碱类化合物。本研究通过对其进行宏观、微观形态特征研究以及ITS序列分子系统学分析,将该菌鉴定为曲霉属焦色组红紫曲霉。

【Abstract】 A filamentous fungus NCC2350 which could produce new alkaloids was isolated from Wuyi Nature Reserve in Fujian province.The strain was identified as Aspergillus puniceus by morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis based on ITS gene sequences.
