【摘要】 目的优选核桃楸树皮的提取工艺。方法以胡桃醌的收率为指标,用HPLC法测定其的含量,采用L16(45)正交试验优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:核桃楸以95%乙醇为提取溶剂,乙醇用量为药材25倍,每次回流提取1h,回流3次,提取温度60℃。结论优选后的提取工艺确实可行,为进一步利用药材奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the optimum extraction process for Juglone from barks of Juglans mandshurica maxim.Methods The yield of extracts and the contents of Juglone was taken as the assessment index, and HPLC was used for determination of the effective ingredients. and the extraction process was optimized with orthogonal design. Results The optimum extraction process is: Adding 25times amount of 95% (V:V) ethanol,and extracting for two times,1h each time,the temperature for extraction is 60℃.Conclusions The optimum extraction process is reasonable,stable and fit for a large production.更多还原
