【摘要】 目的建立高效液相检测法(HPLC)测定胡桃楸中胡桃醌含量的方法。方法色谱柱为迪马反相C18柱(250×4.6mm);流动相:甲醇-水(70:30);体积流量:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:261nm。结果胡桃醌线性范围为0.01～0.21mg·mL-1(r=0.9992,n=5),平均回收率为=98.82%;RSD=1.97%。(n=6)。结论该方法准确、简便,可用于该药材的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objiective To establish an HPLC method for determining juglone in bark of Juglans mandshurica maxim. Methods Dikam C18 column(250×4.6 mm) was used and the mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(70∶30). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 261 nm. Results The linear range of juglone was from 0.01 to 0.21 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 2, n=5) and the average recovery was 98.82%,with RSD being 1.97%(n=6).Conclusion The method is accurate and simple for quality control of the preparation.更多还原
