【摘要】 目的:优选精制冠心颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用粉碎提取法和回流提取法,以丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B、芍药苷、阿魏酸、羟基红花黄色素A含量及出膏率为指标,优选精制冠心颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果:最优提取工艺为取精制冠心方药材粗粉,第一次加6倍量95%乙醇,粉碎提取10min,第二次加6倍量60%乙醇,粉碎提取10min,第三次加6倍量20%乙醇,粉碎提取10min。结论:精制冠心颗粒湿法粉碎提取工艺,各成分提出量比原工艺明显提高,节约时间、操作简单。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Jingzhiguanxin. Method:Using the shattering extraction with solvent and alcohol heating extraction ,the optimum extraction process of Jingzhiguanxin according to amounts of tanshinone ⅡA, salvianolic acid B, paeoniflorin ,ferulate and hydroxysafflor yellow A.Result:The optimum extraction process was as follows: adding 6 times amount of 95%alcohol extracted for the first time, adding 6 times amount of 60%alcohol extracted for the second time, adding 6 times amount of 20%alcohol extracted for the third time, shattering for 10 minutes every times. Conclusion:This optimized process is efficient, saving time and simple.更多还原
