【摘要】 目的提出完善我国双向转诊制的有效措施。方法对国外一些主要国家双向转诊制实施情况进行分析总结,深刻分析我国双向转诊制难以有效实施的具体原因。结果与结论我国应建立健全的体制,制定清晰、明确、统一的转诊标准和制度,平衡医疗资源及利益分配;建立共享信息平台,扩大各级沟通渠道以完善双向转诊制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To propose some effective measures for two-way referral.Methods By analyzing and summarizing the two-way referral system in foreign countries,the author analyzes the reasons of difficulties implementing in our country.Results and Conclusions The effective measures for two-way referral was developed,including establishing and improving the health care system;establishing clear,uniform standards of referral;A balance between the interests of the allocation of medical resources; a platform for sharing information,and expanding channels of communication at all levels in order to perfect the two-way referral system.更多还原
