【摘要】 目的:研究萘哌地尔生物黏附缓释片在人工胃液中的释放机制。方法:建立萘哌地尔缓释片的释放度实验方法,运用Higuchi方程、Hixcon Crowell方程、Ritger-Peppas方程等研究其释放规律,并用Peppas修正式定量分析其释放机制。结果:萘哌地尔缓释片的释放是Fick扩散和凝胶骨架溶蚀两种机制协同作用的结果,随时间的推移两种机制释药的比例发生改变。结论:萘哌地尔生物黏附缓释片的体外释放机制可用Ritger-Peppas方程和Peppas修正式分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the release mechanism of the naftopidil bioadhesive sustained-release tablets in the artificial gastric fluid.Method:The determining method of release of naftopidil sustained-release tablets was set up.The release rule of the naftopidil sustained-release tablets was studyed by Higuchi equation,Hixcon Crowell equation and Ritger-Peppas equation and the release mechanism was analysed quantitatively by Peppas modification equation.Resulsts:The release of naftopidil sustained-release tablets in the artificial gastric fluid is the coupled action of Fick diffusion and gel erosion mechanism.The contribution percent of two release mechanisms is varying with the change of time.Conclusion:The release mechanism of naftopidil sustained-release tablets was analysed by Ritger-Peppas equation and Peppas modification equation.更多还原
