【摘要】 摸索合适的展开系统以使抗生素DT-08和其他杂质得到有效的分离开,并建立薄层色谱扫描法测定抗生素DT-08的发酵液,中间体的含量。结果以水:甲醇:乙腈(30:15:60)内含0.2%吡啶和0.2%醋酸为展开剂,碘熏显色,扫描条件:测定波长为375nm,参比波长为700nm,0.25mg/ml～2mg/ml之间呈线性关系。标准曲线:Y=23789x+18963,相关系数r=0.9992,RSD=6.3%。该含量测定方法快速简单,有较好的重现性,仅需微量的供试品,可作为抗生素DT-08质量控制的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A suitable systematic way was designed to isolate antibiotic DT-08 from ferment liquor or ferment intermediates,and a quantitive method was established for the detection of DT-08.Result:mobile phase was set as a mixture of H₂O:CH₃OH:CH₃CN（30:15:60） containing 0.2%HAc and 0.2%pyridine.Coloration method was I₂ vaporization,with the detective wavelength wasλ_D=375nm and the reference wavelength wasλ_o =700nm. From 0.25mg/ml to 2mg/ml,it showed a linear correlations with the concentration of DT-08 and absorbents,and the calibration curve was y=23789x+18963,coefficient of correlation was 0.9992,RSD=6.3%.The method was sensitive,accurate,simple and convenient,just need micro-amount of sample,to be a potential new method for the control of the quantity of DT-08.更多还原
