【摘要】 目的:利用荟萃分析方法对逍遥散方剂治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床试验进行分析,评价其治疗效果。方法:检索并选取1994-2010年国内公开发表的有关逍遥散方剂治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床随机对照试验文献,应用Jadad评分法进行质量评价,并用RevMan5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共有8项研究符合纳入标准。与阳性对照组比较,逍遥散方剂治疗脑卒中后抑郁的有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。逍遥散用药前后比较PSD患者的HAMD评分有显著差异。与阳性对照组比较,逍遥散方剂治疗脑卒中后抑郁的HAMD评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。单用逍遥散方剂与逍遥散方剂联合氟西汀治疗PSD患者的HAMD评分无显著性差异。结论:逍遥散方剂治疗PSD临床效果肯定,与阳性对照组无统计学差异,但逍遥散与氟西汀合用无明显的药效学协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To conduct a Meta analysis on the clinical trials of XiaoYaoSan for post stroke depression(PSD) and evaluate its therapeutic efficacy. METHODS The related reports concerning the clinical trials of XiaoYaoSan in treating post stroke depression published domestically between 1994 and 2010 was retrieved, and Meta analysis was conducted on the selected reports by means of Review Manager 5.0 . The quality of reports of randomized clinical trials were evaluated according to the method given by Jadad. RESULTS There are 8 reports matches our including standard. Comparing with positive control ,the efficiency of XiaoYaoSan in treatment of post stroke depression has no significant variance(P>0.05).The variety of Hamilton scores of post stroke depression patients between before and after using XiaoYaoSan have significant variance . Comparing with positive controls , the Hamilton scores of post stroke depression of XiaoYaoSan in treatment of post stroke depression has no significant variance(P>0.05).The Hamilton scores of post stroke depression patients ahave on significant vatiance between XiaoYaoSan and XiaoYaoSan associate with Fluoxetine. CONCLUSION The therapeutic effect of XiaoYaoSan in treatment of post stroke depression is affirmative , and have no significant variance comparing with positive controls. But XiaoYaoSan associate with Fluoxetine have no significant synergism.更多还原
