炉膛火焰图像监测及其信息处理平台

【摘要】 高温火焰的温度分布反映了炉内的燃烧状况,提供了判断燃烧稳定性和燃烧产物污染生成量的重要依据。本文介绍了电厂锅炉的炉膛火焰视频采集系统和双色法测量火焰温度场的原理,利用数字图像处理技术,构建炉膛火焰信息处理平台。在信息处理平台中,实现了二维和三维温度场标定,以及部分火焰燃烧状态检测的功能。

【Abstract】 Temperature distribution of high-temperature flame not only reflects the conditions of combustion in furnace but also provides important basis for the judgments of combustion stability of the products and the amount polluted after the combustion.In this paper,it describes the principle about video collection system in boiler and two-color theory for the measurement of flame temperature field and use digital image processing technology to fabric information processing platform of furnace flame.In the information processing platform,it realizes two-dimensional and three-dimensional temperature field calibration,as well as some function of flame detection.
