【Abstract】 After analyzing the Internet time-delay components and features,this paper introduces the model and structure of RBF neural network,then it is adopted to predict the Internet time-delay.Using Neural Network Toolbox to build the time-delay prediction model,the simulation result proves that RBF neural network can provide a promising way to predict the Internet time-delay.更多还原
