变频调速供水系统的运行调节与诊断

【摘要】 介绍了变频调速供水系统的软硬件设计及其工作原理,分析了系统两种不同的运行调节方案,即水泵出口压差控制和末端最不利点压差控制,结果表明,末端最不利点压差控制比水泵出口压差控制更节能,但投资高,施工、管理难度大。另外,对系统存在的常见问题进行了讨论和诊断,并提出改进措施及对策。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the components and working principle of a speed controlled supply water system and analyzes two operation and adjustment modes,namely pressure difference control of pump outlet and end users.The study shows the pressure difference control of end users is more energy efficient,but its investment is higher.In addition,the common existing problems have been involved for discussion and diagnosis,and the measures for improvement are provides as follows.
