基于实时预测的城市交通控制管理平台研究

【摘要】 本文从智能交通系统的发展现状着手,阐述了城市交通管理平台在ITS建设中的重要地位,提出了一种以实时交通估计与预测子系统DynaCHINA为核心的交通管理平台体系结构,探讨了平台建设中的实时交通信息估计与预测、城市交通网络分层递阶实时信号控制、事件检测等核心技术。基于实时交通信息估计与预测技术,该平台可以将传统意义上的"被动响应"式交通管理变为"主动预防"式的交通管理,对于提高城市路网的运输效率及安全具有重大现实意义。
【Abstract】 Based on the state of the art of the Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS),the importance of urban transportation intelligent management platform in the development of ITS is expanded.Secondly,the architecture of transportation management platform where it’s at the real-time traffic estimation and prediction subsystem is given.Finally,key technologies in the development of the platform is probed,such as real-time traffic estimation and prediction,urban transportation network multilayer hierarchical control,and incident detection,etc..Based on real-time traffic estimation and prediction,passive response is shifted to active precaution in traffic control.The platform is important for the increase of the traffic efficiency and safety in urban traffic network.
