压入法纳米硬度测量与亚太国际比对

【摘要】 硬度是表达材料抵抗局部变形能力的一种可测量的量。纳米压痕技术和纳米力学测量系统已经广泛应用于纳米材料力学性能参数的评价,它通过连续控制和记录加卸载时的载荷和位移数据,可以得到材料的压入硬度、杨氏模量、压痕蠕变、压痕松弛和断裂韧性等力学性能参数。我们利用该设备参加了压入法纳米硬度的亚太国际比对,验证了该设备的测量能力,测量结果表明该设备完全符合计量院建立纳米硬度标准装置的技术要求。

【Abstract】 Hardness is a measurement value to expressing the resistance a solid body sets against the intrusion of another,it is not a physical quantity.Nanoindentation technology and instrumented measurement system of mechanical properties have been widely used to evaluating nano materials parameters.Through continually controlled and recorded the data of load and displacement during the periods of loading and unloading,the system can provide many mechanical properties parameters including nano indentation hardness,Young’s modulus, indentation creep,indentation relaxation,and other parameters.We have validated the measuring capability of the system by utilized it to participate in the Asia-Pacific interlaboratory comparison,the comparison results demonstrate the system is good enough to conform with the requirements for establish national measurement standard of namo indentation hardness.
