光电式非接触高速转轴扭矩测量实验技术研究

【摘要】 为了动态测量航天伺服系统中叶轮泵轴的扭矩,提出了光电式非接触扭矩测量系统。对系统的测量原理、处理电路、软件和误差分析等进行研究。采用光强调制型光纤传感技术和时间测量技术,基于FPGA和单片机电路处理信号,采用VHDL语言设计硬件电路,软件以Visual C++为开发平台编写,可实现串口通讯、软件开关、数据处理、存储测量结果和画图等功能。分析了测量系统误差来源,能够实现转速高达10~5r/min的超高速动态测量。系统测量范围为0~7N·m,实验结果表明本系统的测量精度可达到0.1N.m。可满足高速旋转轴的动态扭矩测量,实现对叶轮泵的效率及可靠性的监测。
【Abstract】 Photoelectric non-contact torque measurement system is presented in this paper used for the dynamic torque measurement of the impeller pump axis in the spaceflight servo system.Measuring principle,processing circuit,software and error analysis are studied based on optical fiber sensing technology and time measuring technology.Signals are processed by FPGA and Single Chip Microcomputer(SCM)circuit and hardware circuit is designed by VHDL language.Software compiled by Visual C++ has the functions of serial communication, software switch,data processing,saving measuring results and drawing pictures and system error source is analyzed.It can achieve super speed dynamic measurement for 10~5rpm.The measuring range of the system is 0~7N.m and the result indicates that the precision can reach to 0.1N.m hich can meet the need of measuring super speed rotating axis dynamic torque and monitoring the efficiency and reliability of the impeller pump.
