新型重金属传感器及其分析系统

【摘要】 研制了新型全固态汞离子选择传感器和镉离子选择传感器及其分析仪器,实现了水体中重金属检测的自动化,汞离子选择传感器的线性区斜率为29.3 mV/decade,检测限为3.31×10-6mol/L;镉离子选择传感器的线性区斜率为27.5mV/decade,检测限为5.56×10-6mol/L。测试水样只需10 ml,响应时间为几秒钟到几分钟。开发的分析仪器具有执行速度快,功能强大,界面友好,性能稳定的特点。
【Abstract】 Novel all-state mercury ion selective electrode(Hg-ISE) and Cadmium ion selective electrode(Cd-ISE) are prepared and analysis instrument based the two electrodes is developed.The detection limit of Hg-ISE is 3.31×10-6 mol/L with the scope of 29.3 mV/decade in the linearity of calibration curve.The detection limit of Cd-ISE is 5.56×10-6 mol/L with the scope of 27.5 mV/decade.The water sample to measure is only needed to 10 ml.Response time about several seconds to several minutes.The analysis instrument developed has features of short detection time,sufficient function,convenient interface and stable performance.
