减小工业以太网传播延迟的策略及算法仿真
A Communication Strategy for Reducing Propagation Delays on Industry Ethernetand Its Arithmetic Simulation

【摘要】 本文对采用切断冲突碎片的方法减小工业以太网传播延迟的通信策略进行了算法仿真研究。该策略在不要求改变主机的网络适配器并对主机完全透明的情况下,采用切断冲突碎片的方法,使中继器端口输入信号在碎片没有完全平息时即可进行下一个传输。针对该策略制定了相应算法,并在运行标准BEB以太网协议中等负载的网络进行仿真,仿真结果表明该策略把平均端对端网络延迟减小了至少20%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a communication strategy using a method of collision shear for reducing propagation delays on industry ethernet is advanced.The strategy requires no change to the host network repeaters and is completely transparent to hosts.Incoming signals at the repeater ports are handled by a collision shear method in the strategy.For the standard BEB Ethernet protocol operating at moderate load,according to the strategy an arithmetic is advanced and it can reduce mean end-to-end network delay 20%at least according to the result of simulation.
