利用山羊生产抗人IgG等多抗血清

【摘要】 利用山羊生产抗人IgG或人血红蛋白的多抗血清,并掌握对其抗体效价进行评价的技术。将人IgG或人血红蛋白免疫原经皮下接种山羊前后腹股沟处,并进行多次加强免疫,使其产生高效价抗人IgG或血红蛋白的抗体,并采用ELISA方法检测抗体效价。结果显示:三免后所采集的羊抗人IgG血清效价可以达到1:106级;抗人血红蛋白血清效价在1:105级。实验结果略低于预期。母山羊采用合适的免疫程序完全可以用来生产抗血清,其经济效益可观。
【Abstract】 To study the possibility of polyclonal antibody production of goat anti-human IgG or haemoglobulin(Hb) in female animals,immunogens of human IgG or Hb were inoculated subcutaneously around inguen into two female goats for 3 or 4 times according to the immunization protocol,and the sera were tested using ELISA method.The results showed that 7 days after the third inoculation,the titer of goat anti-human IgG and Hb reached 1:106 and 1:105,respectively,which was a little lower than expected.Female goat could be used for polyclonal antibody production with proper immunization protocols,which would provide great profit.
