【摘要】 在提前期内需求为自由分布且提前期依赖于订购批量和生产率的条件下,建立了同时考虑供需双方成本的联合库存决策模型,运用最小最大准则(minimax distribution free approach)来获得全年期望总成本最小的最优解,分析了模型最优解的存在性,设计了高效的最优解搜索算法。在数值算例中分析了通过与独立决策相比较,表明了联合库存决策可以显著地降低供应链成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 An integrated production inventory model,where the replenishment lead time of a buyer is dependent from both the order lot and the production rate of a vendor,is presented in this paper.Under the assumptions that the stochastic demand during lead time follows a free distribution,the lead time reduction is studied by changing the regular production rate at the risk of paying an additional cost.In terms of the model,a minimax distribution free procedure has been developed to obtain the efficient ordering strategy for a manufacturing company.The numerical examples are employed to validate the solution procedure.Specifically, the results of numerical examples show that the significant savings can be achieved for the supply chain.更多还原
