【摘要】 在自然界中,水量与水质是一个统一的整体。单位时间内通过监测断面的水量及污染物质量是共同决定水质污染的两大要素。本文引入通量概念,对渭河(陕西段)主要污染物排放量进行了估算;首次应用水量与水质时段平衡方法对渭河流域水质现状进行了评价;提出只有实现了水质水量同步监测和结合评价,才能客观、全面的反映水体的污染状况,从而为渭河水污染防治级水资源的有效利用提供全面、科学的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Nature,the water yield and water quality are a unified overall.That the unit time inner passes the water yield and pollution mass monitoring section is to co-determine two big key elements of water contamination.The main body of a book is led into exchanging amounts concepts,main discharge of pollutants have been in progress to Weihe River(Shaanxi Duan) estimate that;The method applying the water yield and water quality time interval balance first has carried out valuation on Weihe River river basin water quality current situation;Suggest that the water yield monitors and combines valuation synchroly only when having realized water quality,ability is objective,reflect a wave’s all round to contaminate status,prevention and cure contaminating thereby for Weihe River river water is provided all-round,the science basis.更多还原
