恒电位法制备聚苯胺薄膜及其表征

【摘要】 采用线性扫描确定了苯胺在镍电极上沉积的电位区间(0.8-1.2V),并在1.0V的恒电位下电沉积了聚苯胺薄膜,通过X射线衍射及红外光谱分析研究了确定了所沉积膜层是聚苯胺晶体结构,且包括氧化型和还原型两种结构;通过扫描电子显微镜观察了恒电位沉积不同时间制得的聚苯胺薄膜的微观结构,研究发现,聚苯胺的生长分为两个阶段:在镍电极表面的横向生长及在已形成的聚苯胺膜上的纵向生长;通过荧光光谱测试发现聚苯胺薄膜在521nm处有较强的吸收峰。
【Abstract】 The Potential range of aniline on nickel electrode was ascertained by linear sweep,which provided the result of 0.8 - 1.2V.Polyaniline films was potentiostatic deposited at 1.0V,and it was ascertained that the film obtained was composed of crystal structure of polyaniline,which contained oxide structures and reduced structures;The microstructure of the polyaniline films which was potentiostatic deposited at 1.0V for different times was observed by SEM,and it was fond that the growth of polyaniline was divided into two stages:the crossgrowth on the nickel electrode and the longitudinal growth on the polyaniline films which was formatted on the electrode already;A strong absorption peak around 521nm of polyaniline films was fond in the fluorescence spectrum.
