明矾对大鼠脑组织微量元素及SOD活性的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨明矾对大鼠脑组织铝、铜、锰、锌含量及对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法:各组大鼠的饲料中加入不同剂量的明矾,染毒30天后处死,测定大鼠脑组织中铝、铜、锰、锌含量及SOD活性。结果:随着明矾摄入量的增加大鼠脑组织中铝含量增加,低、中、高剂量组脑组织中铝含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),低、中、高剂量组大鼠脑组织中铜、锰、锌含量与对照组相比呈降低趋势;SOD活性逐渐降低,高剂量组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:明矾的摄入引起大鼠组脑组织中铜、锰、锌含量的降低,同时降低超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平,影响机体的抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 Objective:To Investigate the effects of alum on trace elements Copper(Cu),Manganese(Mn), Zinc(Zn) and SOD activity in the brain in rats.Methods:Four groups added different doses to food for rats.The levels of Al,Cu,Mn,Zn and SOD activity were detected.Results:With an intake of alum,all alum groups have higher Al levels compared with the control group(P<0.01),the level of Cu,Mn,Zn were higher than the control group(P<0.01);the activits of SOD were decreased and the differences be- tween control group and high dose group were significiently(P<0.05).Conclusion:With tne intake of alum, the level of Al,Cu,Mn,Zn in brain tissue of rats were decreased;while the SOD activities were damaged,led to effected the capacity of anti-oxidation.
