【摘要】 目的:研究铁之缘片改善营养性贫血的功效。方法:将符合贫血诊断的110人随机分为实验组和对照组,并分别给予铁之缘片和安慰剂,连续服用30d,在试验前后对受试者进行膳食调查和血液生化指标的检测并进行统计学分析。结果:实验组的受试者,其血红蛋白的含量由(101.6±8.34)g/L上升到(123.0±10.2)g/L,平均升高了21.4±2.83g/L(试验前后配对t检验,P<0.01,实验后与对照组t检验,P<0.01);红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)的含量由(722.9±70.3)μg/L下降为(445.1±55.0)μg/L,血清铁蛋白(SF)的含量由(13.9±3.96)μg/L升高到(28.0±5.76)μg/L(试验前后配对t检验P<0.01,实验后与对照组t检验,P<0.01)。结论:铁之缘片具有改善营养性贫血的作用,并对受试者健康无不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of TIE ZHIYUAN in treatment of nutritional anemia. Methods:110 People with nutritional anemia were randomly divided into study group and control group, which received TIE ZHIYUAN and placebo respectively for 30 days.Diet investigation and blood examination of biochemistry were carry on before and after test,then statistic analysis was made.Results:The hemoglobin(Hb) of study group had significant increase by 21.4g/L meanly(P<0.01),which enhanced from(101.6±8.34) g/L to(123.0±10.2) g/L.The free erythrocyte protophorphyrin(FEP) in red blood cell had significant reduction(P<0.01),which dropped from(722.9±70.3)μg/L to(445.1±55.0)μg/L,while serumferritin(SF) had significant increase(P<0.01),which increased from 13.9±3.96)μg/L to(28.0±5.76)μg/L.There were significant differences between study group and control group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:TIE ZHIYUAN is effective in treatment of nutritional anemia, and it has not serious side effects.更多还原
