颗粒形状对SiC_p/6061Al合金复合材料棘轮行为影响的有限元分析

【摘要】 借助已有循环本构关系的有限元实现,采用随机序列吸附(RSA)和统计平均方法,建立3D多颗粒模型对SiC颗粒增强6061Al合金复合材料的单拉行为、单轴棘轮行为进行有限元分析,讨论了颗粒形状对其单拉行为和单轴循环变形行为的影响。模拟结果表明:在所讨论的4种颗粒形状(球体、椭圆体、圆柱体、立方体)中,立方体颗粒增强复合材料抵抗变形的能力最好,其棘轮应变最小;而球形颗粒对复合材料的增强效果最差,其棘轮应变最大。该结果对于今后的相关数值模拟分析及其他研究具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the Random Sequential Adsorption(RSA) method and statistically averaging method,the 3D multi-particulate unit cells were employed to simulate the monotonic tensile and ratcheting behaviors of SiCP/ 6061A1 composites with the help of finite element implementation of a cyclic constitutive model.The effects of particle shapes(e.g.,sphere,cube,ellipsoid,and cylinder) on the monotonic tensile and ratcheting behaviors of the composites were discussed.The simulation results showed that among the particles with prescribed shapes,the reinforcement of the cube particle to the matrix is the highest,and the smallest ratcheting strain in the composite occurs during cyclic stressing;while,that of the spherical particle is the weakest,and the largest ratchedng strain occurs. The results are significant for later simulations and research.
