植物油替代鱼油对凡纳滨对虾的生长性能和肝体比的影响

【摘要】 试验选用初始体重0.33±0.00 g/g尾的凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei),在42d的饲养期中分别投喂1种含6%鱼油的对照饲料(FO)和3种添加不同比例豆油替代鱼油的试验饲料,鱼油和豆油分别为:4.5%+1.5%,3%+3%和1.5%+4.5%,(分别记作25SO、50SO和75SO),观察了不同比例豆油替代鱼油对凡纳滨对虾幼虾生长和肝体比的影响。养殖试验结束后,各试验组凡纳滨对虾的增重率和特定生长率没有显著差异(P>0.05),与对照组相比,25SO增重率增加了29.7%,特定生长率升高了0.13%/d。随着豆油比例的增加,试验组存活率均显著高于对照组C(P<0.05),其中75SO组存活率最高。与对照组FO相比,各试验组对虾的饲料系数均显著降低(P<0.05),其中75SO组饲料系数最低。随着豆油添加量增加,肝体比呈上升趋势,25SO组和50SO组肝体比与FO组无显著差异(P>0.05),75SO组肝体比较FO组显著提高了1.46(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,在凡纳滨对虾饲料中,豆油可以部分替代鱼油,而不显著影响其生长性能。
【Abstract】 A 6-week feeding experiment was conducted in juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei to evaluate effects of replacement of dietary fish oil by soybean oil on growth performance and hepatosomatic index.Shrimp in triplicate were respectively fed four diets:FO,6%fish oil(as control);25SO,4.5%fish oil+1.5%soybean oil;50SO,3%fish oil+3%soybean oil;75SO,1.5%fish oil+4.5%soybean oil.No significant differences(P>0.05) were observed among treatments on weight gain and specific growth ratio,compared to control,weight gain of 25SO increased by 29.7%and specific growth ratio of 25SO enhanced by 0.13%, although the survival of treatments,in which 75SO had the best survival,was significantly higher(P<0.05) than that of the control.75SO had the lowest feed conversion ratio,and was significantly lower(P<0.05) than that of others.The inclusion of soybean oil in shrimp diet raised hepatosomatic index compared with FO.No significant differences existed in 25SO,50SO and FO,but hepatosomatic index of 75SO was significantly higher(P<0.05) than that of FO.The results indicated that fish oil partly replaced by soybean oil did not significantly affect growth performance of Litopenaeus vannamei and was recommended in their diet formulation.
