低聚木糖对凡纳滨对虾生长及主要消化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 本试验研究了低聚木糖对凡纳滨对虾生长性能和主要消化酶活性的影响。采用单因子试验设计在凡纳滨对虾基础日粮中添加不同浓度的低聚木糖,分别为0、0.01%、0.03%和0.05%,共4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每重复40尾,饲养56d。结果表明:低聚木糖对对虾增重率和特定生长率均无显著影响(P>0.05),但试验组对虾末重、增重率和特定生长率均高于对照组,且增重率分别提高了9.41%、8.41%和11.93%,特定生长率分别提高了2.06%、2.06%和2.65%;试验组饵料系数较对照组均下降,降低了1.83%~5.51%,其中0.03%组饵料系数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组饲料效率较对照组提高了4.88%~11.90%,其中0.03%组饲料效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。添加低聚木糖后能够一定程度地增加凡纳滨对虾消化道中的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性,但效果不明显(P>0.05),而且消化酶活力也不随低聚木糖浓度的递增而增加;除肠道0.03%组淀粉酶外,试验组肝胰脏和肠道中3种酶的活力都高于对照组的(P>0.05)。在凡纳滨对虾料中添加低聚木糖可以促进生长、降低饵料系数和提高饲料效率,对消化道主要消化酶活力没有显著影响,但能增加其酶活力。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of adding xylooligosaccharide(XOS) on growth performance and activity of main digestive enzyme in Litopenaeus vannamei.480 fingerlings of Litopenaeus vannamei(initial weight:0.0528g) were allotted randomly to four treatments,each with three replicates.Four diets were 0,0.01%,0.03%and 0.05%xylooligosaccharide.Diets were fed to satiety to shrimp for 56 days.Results showed that adding XOS had no significant effect on final weight,weight gain ratio(WGR) and special growth ratio(SGR),however those of test groups were higher than the control group. WGR increased by 9.41%、8.41%、11.93%,SGR by 2.06%、2.06%、2.65%in comparison with control respectively.Feed conversion ratio was reducing by 1.83%~5.51%and that of group fed the diet with 0.03% XOS had significantly lower than the control(P<0.05).Feed efficiency of test groups increased by 4.88%~11.90%and that of group fed the diet with 0.03%XOS had significantly higher than the control(P<0.05).Adding XOS had no significant effect on the activity of protease,amylase and lipase in digestive intestine,and then could increase their activities.When the content of adding XOS was increasing,the digestive activity did not increase.Activities of three kinds of enzymes in the shrimp of test groups were higher than that of the control,except the activity of amylase in the intestine of shrimp fed the diet with 0.03%XOS.We there recommend dietary xylooligosaccharide to promote growth and enhance non-specific immunity and not to affect significantly activity of digestive enzyme in the shrimp.
