【摘要】 概述了安全阀校验技术和目前使用的安全阀在线仪。针对实际应用中的不足,综合采用了安全阀测试技术、数据库软件开发技术和数据采集技术,开发出了具有新型夹持、固定装置和液压装置的安全阀在线校验装置,并对液压动力单元进行了优化设计,同时在考虑多物理参数测量条件的基础上编制了安全阀在线校验软件。该装置具有结构简单,夹持定位便捷,拆卸方便,通用性好等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 First,the safety valve testing technology and existing on-line safety valve testing instruments in service are summarized.Second,based on safety valve testing technology,database technology and data acquisition technology,a new safety valve on-line checking and testing instrument which is composed of clamping, fixing and hydraulic equipments is developed by optimizing the hydraulic power unit.And then,a safety valve on-line testing software is programmed by utilized various physical parameters which are measured by several different sensors and a data acquisition unit.Last,the features of the equipment such as including simple structure, fast fixing,convenient dismantling,and good applicability are described in detail.更多还原
