电厂承压设备寿命实时监测和评估技术

【摘要】 本文介绍了高温承压设备疲劳寿命实时监测评估的通用方法,适用于核电和火电的承压设备的疲劳寿命监测。对于火电来说,由于其运行温度均超过金属蠕变温度,故除了疲劳失效机理外,还需要考虑蠕变失效机理的影响;而对于目前运行的压水堆型核电厂承压设备,其运行温度均在蠕变温度之下,只需考虑疲劳即可。本文以超临界600MW火电厂为背景,阐述高温蠕变疲劳实时监测和分析评估的方法。

【Abstract】 The general methodology of online monitoring and assessment for the fatigue lifetime of the pressure-retaining components under elevated temperature is introduced in this paper and it can be applied to the fatigue lifetime monitoring for not only the fossil power plants,but also nuclear power plants.For the fossil power plants the operating temperature is over the metal creep temperature.Thus,the creep failure mechanism must be considered besides the fatigue failure mechanism for the plant lifetime prediction.In contrast with the fossil plants, the nuclear plant operates below the creep temperature and the fatigue damage is the significant failure mechanism for most pressurized components.Taking a 600MW fossil plant as an actual example,the elevated temperature creep-fatigue online monitoring and assessment technology is illustrated in this paper.
