避免Q245钢厚壁高压管应变时效脆化的试验研究

【摘要】 Q245钢厚壁高压管道的应变时效脆化是影响其长周期安全服役的重要因素,有效避免应变时效脆化的产生具有实际工程意义。讨论了避免应变时效脆化的各种可能方法,试验研究了对企业最切实可行的热处理方法。研究结果表明,Q245钢厚壁高压管道冷弯前正火,之后结合进行去应力退火或再结晶退火是一种有效避免应变时效脆化的措施。
【Abstract】 Strain aging brittleness of Q245 steel thick-wall high pressure piping is an important factor which effects on the piping long period operating safely.Preventing high pressure piping from strain aging brittleness has a practical engineering meaning.Methods which can prevent strain aging brittleness were discussed and the most feasible heat treatment methods were studied experimentally.The results show that the normalizing before cold bending and stress relief annealing or recrystallization annealing after cold bending were an effective measure to prevent Q245 steel thick-wall high pressure piping from strain aging brittleness.
