压力容器用典型材料高温环烷酸静态腐蚀数据库的建立

【摘要】 以高温环烷酸静态腐蚀试验结果为基础,针对压力容器用典型材料建立温度、酸值与环烷酸腐蚀速率之间关系的数学模型。基于Microsoft Visual Studio 2005开发环境,编制出环烷酸腐蚀速率数据库软件,建立了16MnR、Cr5Mo、Cr9Mo、0Cr18Ni9、00Cr17Ni14Mo2等典型材料在高温环烷酸环境下的腐蚀速率数据库。该软件主要有腐蚀速率查询、曲线模拟,数据导出,抓图、打印等功能,可查询的酸值范围为0.5~32.0KOH/g,温度区间为200~320℃,能够实现静态环烷酸腐蚀输入参数和输出参数的映射。

【Abstract】 The mathematical model about the relationship between temperature,acid value and the naphthenic acid corrosion rate of the typical materials for the pressure vessels was established using the static High-temperature naphthenic acid corrosion test results.Basing on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development environment,the database software of naphthenic acid corrosion rate was designed,and the database for typical materials such as 16MnR,Cr5Mo,Cr9Mo,0Cr18Ni9 and 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 in high temperature environment was established.The database possessed the functions of inquiries of the corrosion rate,the curve simulation,data export,capture,print and other functions,the acid value scope could be 0.5~32.0KOH/g,and the temperature range was 200~320℃.It could be achieved that the input parameters of the static naphthenic acid corrosion mapped with the output parameters.
