【摘要】 面对传统工业发展模式对环境造成的种种危害,低碳经济概念日渐清晰。在工业文明和生态文明矛盾突出的城市,加快发展低碳经济,实现经济、环境的和谐发展的任务更为艰巨。本文主要对唐山南湖生态区案例进行实证分析,在案例分析的基础上对城市林业在低碳经济背景下的发展模式进行探讨。本文认为在科学发展观的指导下,因地制宜发展城市林业能够成为低碳经济和低碳城市建设的有效途径。城市森林系统与城市社会、经济系统的"协同"可以改善城市环境、促进经济增长,实现经济社会可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of low carbon economy is increasingly clear in the face of the environmental hazards caused by the development of traditional industries.It is a hard work to develop low carbon economy and realize the harmonious development of the cities where the obvious contradiction between industrial civilization and ecological civilization is hard to reconcile.Based on the empirical analysis on south lake ecological zone of Tangshan,the purpose of this paper is to study the development model of urban forest under the background of low carbon economy.It is point out that developing urban forest adapted to local conditions is an effective way to the construction of low carbon cities.The coordinated development of urban forest system,social system and economic system can improve environment and spur economic growth.As a result,the goals of sustainable development can be achieved.更多还原
