【Abstract】 Yunnan Province was designated by Chinese government as an important trail area for conducting forestry carbon sequestration ecological program because of its incomparable climatic conditions and rich resource of biodiversity.The potential of forest carbon sequestration and its value in Yunnan Province and the institution lacking problems from initiating to accomplishing process of forest carbon sequestration programs in Yunnan Province were analyzed.The approaches to construct institution system for forest carbon sequestration trade in Yunnan Province were proposed starting from two aspects,i.e.,providing policy insurance for implementation of forest CDM programs,and promoting the building of ecological environment through making use of the ideology of CDM regulations.更多还原
