【摘要】 该文分析了我国森林认证发展的动力系统,结合国外森林认证的五种动力模式,即由非政府环保组织推动的模式、由私有林主发起推动的模式、由政府主导推动的模式、以市场机制推动的模式、以法律法规带动认证的模式,对国内情况进行分析,选择出适合我国森林认证发展的阶段性动力模式:在森林认证发展的初期以政府为主要动力,其他动力因素共同推动森林认证发展的模式,到成熟阶段,转之以市场机制推动的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With analyzing driving system of China’s Own forest certification,unifying the five foreign driving patterns,this paper carries on the analysis to the domestic situation.Then, on base of these patterns,it chooses one feasible pattern for different stage.At the outset stage, it chooses the pattern which lead by government and the other driving factors promote the forest certification together.At the mature stage,it chooses the pattern of market mechanism.更多还原
